Party Policy

→ You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time to set up.
  • Parties arriving early will be asked to wait in our front lobby.
→ No substitutions on any party package items.
→ Upgrades only, no downgrades.
If the second room is booked, you will share the playground only with attendees of a party in the other room for up to 30 minutes.  
→ Most outside food and basic decorations are welcome.
  • Basic decorations: 1 Happy Birthday Day sign, themed centerpieces, table covers, dinnerware, & cake table are OK.
  • Otherwise a $75 extra decoration penalty fee will be charged.
→ Food should be kept strictly inside of the party room(s).
→ Magical Playground does not provide drinks, utensils, plates, napkins, cups, or ice for adult guests.
Everybody who enters the playground must wear socks at all times to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Tables cannot be reconfigured.
  • Otherwise a $100 penalty fee will automatically be charged.
→ An additional fee will be charged per child and per adult over the allotted amount permitted.
→ Parties with excessive trash that require extra clean attention, or with guests who damage the facility will incur an additional $200 clean-up/repair fee.
→ Guests are expected to leave in a timely manner to not interfere with the setup of the next party.
  • Otherwise an overtime fee of $50 per 15 minutes past your designated time slot will be charged.
→ NO silly string, confetti, or pinata.
Please no balloons, unless ordered from us.
→ Special requests (outside entertainers, food vendors, etc.) must be discussed and approved by Magical Playground Management at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled party.
→ All guests with children must sign a liability form before entering the playground. Magical Playground is not liable for any injuries sustained or items lost/left behind on its premises.
